Cullman Regional Medical Center. The hospital is located on
Alabama Highway 157 (Exit 310) between I-65 and US Hwy 278.
Our office is on the fourth floor. Free parking is located in the rear
of the office complex. Free valet parking is available at the front
entrance of Cullman Regional
